1.1. The primary test subject is the battery pack or system.
1.2. Emphasizing the most plausible fall direction during real-life maintenance or installation, the test is thorough and expansive. If themost probable direction of fall is recognized,
then the battery pack should descend freely from a height of 1 meter onto a concrete floor along the Z axis, followed by a watchful 2-hour observation duration.
1.3. Performance Criteria: The battery pack or system must not show any signs of electrolyte leakage, fire, or explosion.Such as combustion or other alarming phenomena.
The equipment conforms to the following premier testing standards:
National Standard/T2423.1-2008 Test A: Low Temperature; National Standard/T4243.2-2008 Test B: High Temperature (Partial); National Standard/T2433.3-2006 Test Cab: Constant Humidity and Heat.
