Relevant standard test requirements
1. Safety test of monomer battery: The extrusion test is carried out according to the following steps 1. .1 The monomer battery is charged according to the 6.1.3 method and tested according to the following conditions
A) Squeezing direction: Squeezing perpendicular to the direction of the battery pole plate (see Figure 1)
B) Extruded plate form: Radius 75MmThe semicircular body, The length (L) of the semi-cylinder is greater than the size of the squeezed battery.
C) Squeezing speed: (5±1) Mm/S
D) Degree of squeezing: The voltage reaches 0V or the deformation reaches 30% or the extrusion force reaches 200KN.Back stopStop squeezing; observe for 1h
2. A battery module safety test, the extrusion test is carried out according to the following steps 1. 1 The monomer battery is charged according to the 6.1.4 method, and the test is carried out according to the following conditions
A) The direction in which the battery module is most easily squeezed in the layout of the whole vehicle is the same.If the direction that is most easily squeezed cannot be obtained, it is perpendicular to the monomer battery. Pressure is applied in the arrangement direction (as shown in Figure 3)
B) Extruded plate form: semicircular body with a radius of 75mm, semi-cylinder.The length of the body is larger than the size of the squeezed battery but not more than 1m.
C) Squeezing speed: (5±1) mm/s
D) Squeezing degree: the deformation of the battery module reaches 30% or the extrusion force reaches the storage1000 times the weight of the battery module and the larger value of the values listed in Table 2, maintain for 10min and observe for 1h
