Safety test of monomer battery: The short-circuit test is meticulously conducted following the steps outlined below:
1. 1. The monomer battery is charged according to the specifications detailed in 6.1.3, then the positive and negative terminals of the monomer battery are short-circuited externally for 10minutes. The externalcircuit resistance must be less than mΩ. Observation continues for 1 hour. Safety test of battery module:
1.1. 1. The battery module is charged in accordance with the method specified in 6.1.4, subsequently short-circuiting the positive and negative terminals of the battery module externally for 10minutes,ensuring the external circuit resistance is less than mΩ. Observation proceeds for 1 hour.
