Structure of the testing chamber
Crafted with robust durability, the outer shell of the test chamber is made from galvanized color steel plate, ensuring reliability and resilience.
The inner chambers boast construction from premium SUS304 stainless steel plates. Equipped with adjustable hanging hole strips on the sides, these chambers offer adaptable test track framing. Boasting at least 10 cm of rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation layers, the equipment ensures unparalleled thermal retention. The high-quality electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames between the inner and outer boxes guarantee superior low-temperature insulation. A series of silicone foam sealing strips with double channels provide exceptional wide temperature resistance.
Experimental space air circulation:
The advanced air circulation system features high-efficiency multi-blade aluminum wind turbines, crafted to withstand extreme temperatures. Driven by powerful motors, these turbines ensure optimal air delivery to upper louvers, with uniform air return from below. Achieving remarkable uniformity of less than 2 º C across a range of -70~100 º C, our system adheres to international standards, divided across 10 precise points.

Heating and humidification system
The system's bare wire nickel chromium alloy electric heating tube offers minimal thermal inertia and low heating overshoot, delivering high precision fluctuation maintained by power control.

Utilizing a humidification cylinder via the boiler method ensures even distribution, while surface humidification through the water plate method achieves rapid speed and enhanced accuracy. Our design features a front-mounted 25L large-capacity water tank, complete with a quick connection for water and electricity, facilitating easy disassembly and cleaning.
