Relevant Standard Test Requirements
1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
1.2 In the course of testing, ensure the flat plate filled with gasoline extends 20cm beyond the horizontal edge of the test object, with a height not exceeding 8cm above the gasoline surface. The gap between the gasoline liquid level and the test object is precisely maintained at 50cm.Or ascertain the object's height above ground when the vehicle is stationary., or, as agreed, water may be introduced into the base of the flat plate.
1.3 Ig-nite the gasoline from a safe distance of at least 3m from the test equipment. Following a 60-second preheating phase, carefully position the oil tray beneath the equipment., if relocating the oil tray presents a challenge due to its size, utilizeA strategic method for repositioning the sample box's support bracket during examination.
1.4 The test specimens are subjected to a direct flame for an exposure period of 70 seconds.
1.5 Secure the oil pan with a cover plate, maintaining the test conditions for 60 seconds, or as mutually agreed.Sustain flame exposure directly for an additional duration of 60 seconds.
1.6 Remove the oil pan and proceed with a 2-hour observation period to monitor outcomes.
1.7 Requirements: The battery pack or system must exhibit no explosion, and any flames should be extinguished within two minutes after the fire source is removed.

National Standard T2423.1-2008 Test A: Low Temperature; Test B: High Temperature (Partial); Test Cab: Constant Humidity and Heat as per T2433.3-2006. The Chinese National Standard T2423.4-2008 covers Decibel: Variation, Damp Heat.
