1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system.

1.3 The salt solution is ingeniously crafted with sodium oxide (chemically pure, analytically pure) mixed with distilled or deionized water, maintaining a precise concentration of (5±0.1)% (by mass score), (20±2)ºC, guaranteeing optimal testing conditions.The PH value, a crucial parameter, is expertly kept between 6.5 and 7.2.
1.4 Immerse the test object into the smoke box for a rigorous salt mist exposure at 5ºC~35ºC for 2 hours. Following this, transition the object to the wet and hot tank for an extended period of 20h-22h. The temperature is meticulously maintained at
(40±2)ºC, while the relative humidity is consistently controlled at (93±3)%, completing an entire cycle. Repeat this meticulous cycle three times, followed by testing under standard atmospheric conditions, where the temperature is 23ºC±2ºC,and the relative humidity is stabilized between 45%~55%) before storing for 3 days. This rigorous process completes a full cycle, which is repeated four times for thorough evaluation.
1.5 Requirements: The battery pack or system must demonstrate no leakage, cracked shell, fire, or explosion phenomena to guarantee paramount safety and dependability.
