Relevant Standard Test Requirements
1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
1.2 During the test, the flat plate filled with gasoline must extend 20cm beyond the horizontal edge of the test object, while its height should not exceed 8cm above the gasoline surface. The gap between the gasoline liquid level and the test object is meticulously maintained at 50cm.Or determine the object's height above ground when the vehicle remains idle., or as mutually agreed, water may be injected into the base of the flat plate.
1.3 Ig-nite the gasoline at a minimum distance of 3m from the equipment being tested. After a 60-second preheating interval, position the oil tray beneath the equipment., if relocating the oil tray proves challenging due to its size, employA method to reposition the sample box's support bracket under examination.
1.4 Subject the test specimens to direct flame exposure for 70 seconds.
1.5 Enclose the oil pan with a cover plate, and continue testing the subject for 60 seconds under this condition or as agreed between both parties.Sustain direct flame exposure for an additional 60 seconds.
1.6 Extract the oil pan and conduct a 2-hour observation period.

1.7 Requirements: The battery pack or system must not exhibit any explosion. In the event of flames, they must be extinguished within 2 minutes post removal of the fire source.

The equipment is compliant with the following pioneering industry testing standards:
National Standard T2423.1-2008 Test A: Low Temperature National Standard T4243.2-2008 Test B: High Temperature (Partial) National Standard T2433.3-2006 Test Cab: Constant Humidity and Heat. Chinese National Standard T2423.4-2008 Test. Decibel: Variation, Damp Heat. China National Standard T2423.34-2012 Test Z/AnnoDominique: Facilitates comprehensive assessments of temperature and humidity interactions or other evaluations within the equipment's operational scope.
