1.1 Our primary objective is the rigorous testing of battery packs or complete systems.
1.2 The test object achieves a complete 360° rotation at a consistent speed of 6°/s, Upon reaching each 90° increment, the object is held in place for an hour before continuing its rotation, culminating in a full 360°. This is followed by an attentive observation period lasting 2 hours.
1.3 This rigorous test includes a smooth 360° rotation around the Y axis at 6°/s, followed by meticulous 90° rotational increments, each sustained for an hour. The process concludes with a comprehensive 360° rotation and a focused 2-hour observation session.
1.4 Key Requirements: The power storage must exhibit zero leakage, shell ruptures, fire hazards, or explosions within the pool bag or system. Both the structural integrity and connection points must remain flawless and intact. Post-evaluation, the insulation resistance must be maintained at no less than 100Ω/v.
