1.4 Secure the test object within the smoke chamber, subjecting it to salt mist at an exact temperature range of 5ºC to 35ºC for a duration of 2 hours. Following spray exposure, transition the test object to the wet and hot tank for a subsequent 20 to 22 hours at a meticulously maintained temperature of
(40±2)ºC with a relative humidity of (93±3)%, thus rounding off one full cycle. This sequence repeats three times, culminating in a final test under standard atmospheric conditions (temperature precisely at 23ºC±2ºC,with relative humidity consistently maintained at 45%~55%) and reserve for 3 days, forming a comprehensive cycle to be executed fourfold.
1.5 Requirements: The battery pack or system must stringently exhibit no leakage, casing fractures, combustion, orexplosive tendencies.
