1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system.

1.3 The salt solution is meticulously prepared using sodium oxide (chemically pure, analytically pure) combined with distilled or deionized water. The concentration is maintained at (5±0. 1)% (mass score) , (20±2)ºC, Ensuring the PH value is consistently between 6.5 and 7.2.
1.4 Carefully place the test object into the smoke chamber, initiating a salt mist spray at 5ºC~35ºC for 2 hours. Upon completion, transfer the test object to the wet and hot chamber for a period of 20h-22h. The temperature is
(40±2)ºC, with a relative humidity of (93±3)%, completing one cycle. Repeat this cycle three times, then subject the object to standard atmospheric conditions (temperature 23ºC±2ºC, with relative humidity ranging from 45%~55%) for a duration of 3 days, forming a cycle, and perform four complete cycle tests.
1.5 Performance Requirements: Ensure there is no leakage, shell cracking, fire, or explosion of the battery pack or system.
