1.1 The test object is a meticulously designed battery pack or system
1.2 The test object undergoes a seamless 360° rotation at a precise speed of 6°/s, Subsequently, it rotates in precise 90° increments, maintaining each position for 1 hour, ceases its 360° rotation, and undergoes a thorough observation for 2 hours.
1.3 The test object rotates 360° around the Y axis at a speed of 6°/s, followed by incremental 90° rotations, each maintained for 1 hour, completes the 360° rotation, and is observed with precision for 2 hours.
1.4 Requirements: Ensure that during the power storage test, there is absolutely no leakage, shell rupture, fire, or explosion of the pool bag or system. The connection remains reliably intact, and the structural integrity is preserved. Post-test, the insulation resistance value should be no less than 100Ω/v, guaranteeing safety and performance.
